(tapi utk dia ler)...aku nyarisssssss nak rase nasi lemak tu...cendol tu mmg dah tersedut sekali jer huhuhu...inikah detox??&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&gt; lastly... at 9pm...godaan terakhir ialah makan kacang pistachio... aku makan segenggam (ok..tgn aku besar...i know)+ 1 more apple hijau + HL teamix&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&gt; before I sleep...1 cup of milo no sugar...&lt;br /&gt;Tolong jgn cakap tak leh minum Milo cause aku dah &lt;em&gt;korbankannnnnnnnnnnnnnn&lt;/em&gt; banyak benda huhuhu... abah aku ler cakap "ehhh diet takleh minum milo...kena minum teh kosong jer"... huhuhu..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&gt;Air yg diminum through the whole day ..kosong yer...3 litres :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So the result pagi ini ialahhhhhh... Alhamdullillah...masih berusaha lagi utkmenurunkan berat badan walaupun semasa seminggu raya memang cutiiii dr diet..nasib baik ler naik takat 2 kilo tapi yg 2 kilo tu la tak mo turun2 lagi.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Seriously...agak tension pasal dah nak 4 bulan agak plateau..berat asyik main kat 118-115 sahaja bergantung pada thp gila makan ujung minggu... oklah mmg salah sendiri masa Ramadhan lepas pasal tak jaga makan and also tak exercise lansung... bulan nie lepas Raya pun haram tak exercise lansung...bila dah tinggal tu mula lah jadi malasss.. nak2 pula sejak lepas Raya nie masa terluang lebih banyak dihabiskan dgn main game PS2.. :)&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Sebenarnya bulan 10 nie mmg mencabar pasal sebagai guru SPM ...aku mmg banyak abiskan masa for students..nak2 exam trial dia org hancusss..dah la aku sorang jer cikgu SPM pasal  my collegue cuti bersalin..tapi takpa -kelas form 5 ade 4 jer.. satu lagi tambah stress ialah kelas master aku pasal bulan 10 nie bulan siapkan assignment before abis kelas.. nak pulak tue ade lak exam utk satu subjek statistik.. bab mengira tu aku ok lagi tapi kalau suruh jawab essei utk matematik ...huhuhu..camno tu ...tue lah sebab2 aku main game time free utk menghilangkan stress.. nasib baik subjek satu lagi takde exam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok lah cukup la citer pasal stress...pasal exam... aku nak citer pasal Raya.. Raya memang la bst especially bila this year MakAyah aku dah pencen.. bayangkan raya last year Mak aku kena kerja pagi raya tue... and Ayah aku kena kerja petang raya pasal die org kerja Hospital... so mmg sedih ler Raya dulu..raya tahun nie Alhamdullillah suma ade...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Raya ke 3 tue Parents aku decide balik Johor satu kereta jer...so aku ngan 3 org adik lagi kena tinggal ler kat KB nie.. adik lelaki aku bagi cadangan terbaik punya that is pergi PULAU PERHENTIAN... kita org pergi raya ke 4 (sehari semalam jer)... mmg tak menyesal la pergi sana pasal mmg cantik giler and aku dok kat Coral View Resort, RM230 utk front beach chalet... mmg cantekk.. sebab nie lah first time aku gi sana..adik2 aku dah pernah pergi.. Pantai depan Perhentian Resort mcm swiomming pool.. takde ombak besar and landai jer.. ade jugk pantai kat sini yg susah nak mandi pasal banyak batu..tapi ikan mmg banyak...jinak lak tu..aku bagi makan roti kat gigi air jer&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kat sini yg mahal ialah makanan... kalau nak sedap mmg makan kat Long Beach ler.. tapi dari tempat aku duduk kena naik bot (teksi air)... aku tak duduk long beach pasal adik aku cakap resort kat situ lebih sesuai utk back packers.. Apa2 pun I will go there...tak yah la nak pergi Bali tu..tempat kat Malaysia pun cantikkkk... So aku pun dah takde mood.. jgn risau..diet tetap diet walaupun ke longkang huhuhu..puasa nie insyallah kalau aku dok kat hutan jeli nie maka aku akan berbuka puasa ngan susu dan cereal jer...tapi kalau balik rumah mak or ke KL ...ke longkang ler jugak jawabnya.. bab2 nasi tu tak kesah pasal paling terrer pun aku makan sesenduk jer.. tapi puasa2 nie ngan kuih ler..ayam percik ler...murtabak ler..hancuss..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Sini sebenarnya nak citer pasal "umi" ku yg tercinta.. aku nak kongsi dr hasil pemerhatian aku ttg habit pemakanan umi aku . Umi aku nie berat dia adelah yg paling ringan dlm family aku which is only 50 kg (lebih kurang ler)... dia mmg kurus sejak aku kecik...aku rasa paling gemuk pun before she's married ...tu pun around 65 kg jer. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Umi ku baru jer pencen thn nie... tapi kalau pakai baju bergaya, org ingat die ni muda lagi (pasal tu la abah aku tak izin mak aku pakai baju kebaya or baju2 berfesyen nie hohoho)... Umi kalau ambil gambar ngan anak2 mmg tenggelam..adik aku yg bongsu pun lebih besar dari dia..so kalau adik aku peluk boleh hilang Umi :) Selalunya kalau Umi jln ngan kami (anak2 perempuannya), org mesti terkejut..ialah anak2 nye besar...sekali nengok mak..alahai.. kecik jer.. selalu kita org jawab ikut genetik abah (padahal abah pun tak besar jugak)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Baru nie aku tetiba rajin menengok cara Umi makan..ye lah kot dah pencen nie jadi boriing pastu makan banyak. Tapi Umi aku maintain jer... Yg aku perhatikan , Umi aku nie simple jer orgnya.. dia akan makan secukupnya sahaja, meaning mengikut keperluan badan. Ikut ajaran Islam makan ketika lapar dan berhenti before kenyang..tue lah yg Umi aku buat. Selalunya bila dia sudah makan walaupun lauk pauk atas meja makan macam nasi tinggal sesenduk ker, atau ikan tingal secubit ker or ayam ade separuh lagi ker, Umi tak akan habiskan... dia tak buang, dia simpan suma elok2 dlm bekas and letak dlm peti sejuk, nak pula abah aku baru belikan dia microwave, seronok ler dia simpan lauk and perangatkan balik bila nak makan... kalau aku ler, mau aku habiskan suma lauk atas meja and periuk pasal malas nak simpan, nak buang sayang lak.... tu la pasal apa Umi aku tak membesar macam anak dia.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Satu lagi, Umi mmg jarang mengunyah makanan ringan ke..kerepek ke..asam ke... kecuali buah2an.. tu pun Umi makan secukupnye jer...bukan lah sampai kenyang. "There is no particular food that causes excess belly fat," she says. Fat develops on the body when "calories that are not utilized as energy become stored as fat." These excess calories can come from any food; there is no one special food that is responsible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for where fat is stored and what factors affect it, Schmitt says fat can accumulate anywhere on a body. "It’s genetically determined," she says. Menopause does affect fat accumulation, but researchers are still debating why this happens. As we age, our metabolism slows down, which means that we use up energy from food at a slower rate. One study found that as women approach the age of menopause, their rate of physical activity tends to decline. A slower metabolism, combined with the tendency to get less exercise, is a perfect recipe for weight gain. Remember, to lose body fat, we have to create a caloric deficit. So if I sneak a few cookies in – say, eight cookies, two inches across in diameter, that's about 400 calories. If I only burned 400 calories working out, I'm only breaking even. I just wiped out that exercise deficit, and I'm not making any progress. If I eat 12 cookies, then I've got to work my way out of an excess of 200 calories!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And don't think that just because it's a protein bar, you can get away with it either. I know that an extra protein bar in addition to my daily caloric allowance means I have to spend another half hour on the treadmill, which would be fine if I had time to work out all day long.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So don't forget that nutrition is at least half of the fitness equation. In fact, some trainers will tell you it's 70 percent of the equation. Others say it's up to 90 percent! I'll leave that open to debate. Aku suka makan mangga (walaupun coach tak kasi pasal buah nie manis). Aku paling suka buah ni sebab cepat kenyang... cepat hadam... cepat membuang ke toilet.. Tekstur isi buah mangga amat berbeza-beza antara kultivar-kultivar yang berlainan; sesetengah buah mempunyai tekstur yang lembut dan benyek seolah-olah buah plum yang terlalu masak, sedangkan yang lain mempunyai isi yang lebih pejal serupa dengan tembikai wangi atau buah avokado. Isi buah sebilangan kultivar juga boleh mengandungi serabut. Buah mangga mengandungi banyak jus, dan rasa manis serta kandungan air yang tinggi menyebabkan buah ini amat menyegarkan ketika dimakan, walaupun agak leceh dan kotor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mangga tergolong dalam famili yang sama dengan pokok ivy beracun dan mengandungi urusyiol, walaupun tidak serupa banyak dengan ivy beracun. Sesetengah orang menghidap penyakit dermatitis ketika menyentuh sap atau kulit buah yang dikupas. Orang-orang yang mengalami tindak balas alergi selepas menyentuh buah mangga biasanya dapat menikmati buah ini jika orang lain mengupas kulit buah ini lebih dahulu. Daun-daun Buah Mangga adalah toksik terhadap lembu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Buah mangga telah dikatakan melegakan usus-usus dan oleh itu, menyebabkan buah ini mudah dicernakan. Buah ini merupakan buah kebangsaan India dan Pakistan, dan dipercayai dapat membantu menghentikan perdarahan, mengukuhkan jantung, dan memanfaatkan otak. Hakikatnya, masih ramai yang belum mengetahui khasiat sebiji epal. Buah yang mempunyai tekstur kulit yang licin, warna hijau dan merah itu antara buah-buahan yang mempunyai kelebihan dalam diet pemakanan dan sistem tubuh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Terdapat pelbagai sebab mengapa kita perlu makan sekurang-kurangnya sebiji epal setiap hari. Satu kajian mendapati mereka yang makan lebih lima biji epal seminggu memiliki fungsi paru-paru yang lebih sihat berbanding mereka yang langsung tidak makan epal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para saintis juga mengesahkan epal merupakan penyumbang kepada kesihatan jantung.&lt;br /&gt;Pengambilan dua hingga tiga biji epal sehari dapat mengurangkan tahap kolesterol dalam badan. Menurut pakar pemakanan di Pusat Perubatan Prince Court, Kuala Lumpur, Tan Yeng Sing, epal menjadi kegemaran bukan sahaja kerana rasanya tetapi khasiatnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Epal tidak mengandungi lemak, sebaliknya mempunyai kandungan nutrien dan serat termasuk antioksida yang meningkatkan prestasi badan dan kulit seseorang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Serat yang terdapat pada biji dan kulit epal membantu mengurangkan kekenyangan dan mencegah anda daripada makan berlebihan," katanya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tambah beliau, sebiji epal wajar diambil setengah jam atau satu jam sebelum anda menikmati hidangan utama setiap hari, iaitu antara makan tengah hari dan malam. Ia juga hos sebatian antioksida lain bagi mengurangkan risiko kanser dengan menghalang kerosakan deoksirinukleik (DNA).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Kandungan seratnya membantu mengawal pergerakan usus dan merendahkan risiko kanser kolon," ujarnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bagaimanapun, nasihat Yen Sing, elakkan pengambilan buah yang mempunyai warna yang sama setiap hari. Katanya, untuk mendapatkan diet yang ideal, kita seharusnya mempelbagaikan jenis buah-buahan dan juga warnanya, termasuk sayur-sayuran. Justeru, pakar diet mengesyorkan pengambilan makanan daripada warna-warna pelangi. I think if they just cut down on junk food with their age yg masih muda tu..they can lose a lot .. kids and junkfood mmg la..tu pun nasib baik koperasi sekolah ade jual yogurt..at least it is a healthier choice...if only the cafeteria is willing to sell fresh fruits... well..at least aku tengok ramai pelajar yg dah rajin bawa air kosong ke kelas.. sejak2 aku buat kempen ngan English unit hohoho..kadang2 tue bagi star kalau bawa air.. hope that I can set a good example to my students... So sebelum ape2 aku nak ucapkan Appy Teacher's Day utk semua yg pernah dan juga masih mendidik :))&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;So, yesterday aku telah meng'spend' satu hari dari kol 7 pagi sampai 8 mlm ke KB Mall utk mengiringi students ke pertandingan "Spell-It-Right" anjuran NST/RHB (ala yg dlm tv tue). Sekolah lain aku tengok bawak budak form 4/5... aku cuma bawak budak2 form 2 yg cute :) senang nak jaga and dengar cakap cikgu. Ini akan menyebabkan anda berjalan untuk sampai ke destinasi tersebut. Dengan cara ini, anda telah melakukan sedikit senaman.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Jangan hanya duduk sepanjang masa di pejabat. Anda boleh berjalan di sekeliling bangunan tempat kerja anda ketika waktu makan tengah hari atau masa rehat. Ini akan membantu bakar kalori berbanding jika anda duduk menikmati snek semata-mata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Sebelum dan selepas makan, dukunglah bayi anda, jangan guna “stroller”. So sambil layan tetamu tgn aku ambil sambal ikan bilis, telur sebiji ngan timun..dan makan tanpa nasi..seriously makan timun ngan sambal ikan bilis amat sedap :) telor tu konon2 tak nak makan kuning...ehh termasuk lak dlm mulut.. iskkk iskkk iskkk...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tapi ok gak pasal aku tak ler rase lapor mkn cam tu... minum mmg air kosong jer la...then time lunch pun teman cikgu2 tu makan gak.... tapi aku makan portion kecik aaa..cuma ayam masak merah mmg tak tahan...kena makan 2 gak...hohoho..sinful tul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Balik umah pun malas shake tuk makan malam...aku cam biasa bakar ikan ngan masak sayur steam seperti gambar kat bwh...so aku nak senaraikan benda2 yg aku suka buat steam... satu benda bila steam aku mmg tak tambah garam lansung - pasal aku jenis mmg kurang masin dr kecik.. kalau boh pun secubit kecik utk fillet ikan jer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_IxqDL2-cK1A/SgLvxz-QxQI/AAAAAAAAAIM/kIMKH8OsuUs/s1600-h/Image007.jpg"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5333088547804071170" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_IxqDL2-cK1A/SgLvxz-QxQI/AAAAAAAAAIM/kIMKH8OsuUs/s320/Image007.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Antara bhn utk steam:-&lt;br /&gt;1. carrot - rase mmg manis bila steam&lt;br /&gt;2.kobis bunga - sedap dan rangup, don't overcook nanti tak best&lt;br /&gt;3. bendi - best tapi kengkadang berlendir sikit&lt;br /&gt;4. brokoli - benda ni cepat masak... so jaga2 sikit timing&lt;br /&gt;5. kentang - baru buat ari nie pasal makanan berat gak...tapi takat seketul takde hal - jgn masak&lt;br /&gt;banyak; cepat gak benda nie masak.&lt;br /&gt;6. lada tenggala (yg bulat ijau tu) - best gak... tapi potong nipis sikit - menambah perisa pada masakan.&lt;br /&gt;7. Sawi yg kecik2 tue (panggil ape yek?) - nie mmg takat 2 minit jer...cepat gila masak&lt;br /&gt;8. mushroom - apa2 jenis pun boleh... aku suka yang button ngan egg mush room, yg putih kelabu pun ok gak...lembut jer dan sekejap jer timing nak masak &lt;br /&gt;9.fillet ikan - yg bawah rm10 satu- jgn beli yg mahal - fillet nie kalu tengok kat tesco ker mmg keras cam air batu... dah masak lembut gila dan tak bau.. selalu tambah cikit garam.&lt;br /&gt;10. Ikan biasa - tapi ade bau cikit so aku tak suka - prefer ikan bakar lagi&lt;br /&gt;11. tempe - hohoho... sedap gilaaa... rasa lembut gitu (tapi takleh lawan goreng ler..tak sihat tul)&lt;br /&gt;12. Syukur ke hadrat Allah SWT ...Akhirnye..dpt gak mencapai angka sasaran 25 aku utk phase 1 ni...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Phase 2 pula 50 kg...huhuhu...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So disini aku ingin membuat ucapan terima kasih kpd semua yg memberi sokongan ...ibubapa (sumber kewangan..hohoho), adik2ku di rumah, coach -kak Ros, teman seHL di sekolah - Eija &amp;amp; Kak Ma, kwn sediet di dunia cyber...Kimi..atud..ayu..mia..ika..zel..kak ziera...posh..bim..dan lain2 yg terlupa nak sebut...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sebenarnye jauh lagi perjalanan...ye lah..berat aku masih 100 lebih..tapi at least aku rasa lega sikit..so doakan perjalanan yg jauh tu akan berjaya aku tempuhi...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kelaparan waktu malam aku masih ade tapi aku boleh cover lagi ngan a lot of fruits and also minum air kosong..shake masih 2 kali..dan mostly aku suka makan tomyam sayur and sayur steam..kdg2 tambah ikan bakar..takat nie lum boring lagi sebab aku mmg sukaa makan sayur :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bawah nie saje aku letak picture brg2 yg aku guna dalam usaha nak menghapuskan lemak2 di badan..hopefully ade satu lagi brg akan dtg tapi masih dlm peringkat sedang di approvekan..so have to wait..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;1.
